All tickets are sold in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy:
1. You must produce a valid ticket in order to gain entry to Scout Park (“the Park”) for the Wild Wolf ESU Fireworks Display (“the Event”). Please check your tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified at a later date. Your ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered, or defaced.
2. By purchasing a ticket for the Event you accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any person for whom you are purchasing tickets.
3. Advance Tickets are sold at the discretion of Wild Wolf ESU and there are a limited number on sale. Once sold out, tickets will only be available for purchase at the gate for the listed gate price.
4. Should you require additional tickets for your party they may be purchased on the gate by joining the queue. Please note there is a price difference for tickets bought on the gate as advertised on the website and that Family Tickets are only available online, in advance.
5. There is no re-admission to the Park during the Event. If you leave you will be required to purchase a new ticket in order to re-enter.
6. Ticket holders are guaranteed entry up until 30 minutes before the fireworks display. If the Park reaches maximum capacity after this time, entry cannot be assured therefore it is advised that you arrive early.
7. Wild Wolf Explorer Scout Unit (“Wild Wolf ESU”) reserve the right to restrict entry of persons into the Park in order to manage crowd safety and remain strictly within the permitted numbers allowed into the Park.
8. Theft of ticket(s), resale of ticket(s), attempts to resell ticket(s), or suspicion of resale or theft of ticket(s) are grounds for cancellation of the ticket, refusal of entry or removal from the Park, without refund. All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, apart from in the conditions described within these Terms and Conditions. Wild Wolf ESU reserve the right to cancel any ticket booking which they reasonably believe to have been made with a view to re-sell tickets, or where the ticket has been purchased using fraudulent means.
9. Wild Wolf ESU are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
10. If the Event is cancelled before gates have opened then you will be eligible for a refund and a designated system will be opened online in order to request a refund. Please be aware that we may not be able to process refunds instantly due to the amount of requests that we will receive. You may not be entitled to obtain a refund if you fail to follow the instructions provided within the notified time frames. Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the tickets.
11. In the event of high winds or inclement weather the decision remains solely with the Event Managers as to whether it is safe to commence the fireworks display. If the Event is cancelled part-way through, or the Event Managers decide it is not safe to light the fireworks, then you may be entitled to a partial refund of the ticket value, at the discretion of Wild Wolf ESU.
12. It is your responsibility to check on the day that the Event has not been cancelled or rescheduled. Should it be necessary to cancel the Event either before gates have opened, or part-way through, this will be advertised on social media and on the website, and by email to those who have a bought a ticket online, as soon as reasonably possible. Wild Wolf ESU cannot accept responsibility for any travel or other costs which you may have incurred.
13. All advertised times and stalls are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Wild Wolf ESU, and refunds will not be offered as a result of a change in stalls being offered at the Event.
14. In order to maintain the safety and security of the Event, all attendees and all staff, we reserve the right to, without refund, refuse entry to, or eject from the Event, any person who we deem to be intoxicated, under the influence of any substance or likely to cause anti-social or abusive behaviour within the Park, or any person perpetrating anti-social or abusive behaviour within the Park. You may be ejected from the Park should Wild Wolf ESU or other Event staff feel your behaviour may compromise, is compromising or has compromised the safety and security of the Event, any attendees or any staff.
15. Prohibited items: alcohol; illegal substances; anything that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon; Nitrous oxide and legal highs; sparklers; fireworks; flares; unofficial hi vis jackets.
16. Searching is a condition of entry and it may be necessary to search your person or possessions in line with our security arrangements. This is to protect everyone’s safety, and we appreciate your co-operation. Confiscated items may not be returned to you after the Event and may be destroyed.
17. Entrants to the Event aged under 11 years must be accompanied by at least one person aged 16 years or above. ID may be checked on entry.
18. Attendees are reminded that this is an outdoor event and the nature of Scout Park means that in November it may be cold, wet, muddy, and slippery underfoot. Every effort is taken to make the Park as safe as possible but anyone requiring specific access arrangements should contact us directly to discuss.
19. Wild Wolf ESU cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to any personal property during the Event.
20. No alcohol will be sold at this Event. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol, sparklers, or fireworks into the Park due to safety reasons. Scout Park is a strictly non-smoking site (including e-cigarettes and vapes) and we regret that dogs are not permitted to enter the site, with the exception of assistance dogs.
21. Should you have any issues during the Event please contact the Information Tent and we will attempt to resolve your issue during the Event.
22. Lost property will be held for 14 days after the Event and will be disposed of if it has not been claimed within this time.
23. Photographs and video footage will be being taken during the Event. By attending the Event you consent to being included in such film, photography, audio and/or audio-visual recording. You agree that the copyright for this media will remain with Wild Wolf ESU and this media may be used by Wild Wolf ESU for any purpose at any time, without payment, reference or compensation to you. If you attend the Event with your child aged under 18 years, or buy a ticket for your child aged under 18 years, then you give the above consent on their behalf.
24. Wild Wolf ESU reserve the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions as they see fit, without notice.
25. Wild Wolf ESU is part of North London Scout District, a registered charity with the Charity Commission for England & Wales. Our charity number is 1156779.
