If you’re interested in joining the Unit as a Explorer, then you’ve come to the right place! If you’d like to volunteer with us (and we’d love it if you did!), then take a look at our Volunteer Page.

By becoming an Explorer, you expose yourself to a whole variety of exciting new activities, ranging from hiking and camping, to canoeing and climbing. Not to mention going to all the amazing places that we visit!

Don’t just take our word for it though, see what our Explorers think about their Scouting experiences….

“Before I joined Wild Wolf I would say to myself that I can’t do this, I can’t climb a hill. Look at me now – I’ve hiked in Switzerland. If you can do something, do it.  You only live once. So make your life the best you can.  This is what Scouting has done for me.”

“Wild Wolf has not only become a place I feel I belong, but has also created an environment where I can thrive to be the best version of me.”

“Scouts has reminded me how much I love to be outdoors.”

“The thing I enjoyed about summer camp was all the fun and exciting activities we did like hiking, tree climbing, and white water rafting.”

“Since joining Scouts I have become a lot more confident and feel a lot more comfortable about trying new things.”

“To be fair, I’m pretty sure I’ve learned more from Explorers than from school!”

To see what we’ve been up to recently, take a look at our Blog page or find us on TwitterYouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

We pride ourselves on being open to everybody – the Unit is made up of a diverse and eclectic group of individuals encompassing many races, abilities, faiths, sexual orientations, gender identities, and economic backgrounds, and we strive to include and welcome anyone who wants to be part of our family. All we ask is that everyone also reciprocates this attitude.
