Youth-led Investitures. At Wild Wolf ESU you have to recite all of your Scout Laws and your Scout Promise by heart during your investiture. It’s a solemn moment that our Unit takes seriously, and new members really do have to learn all their Laws! People are often surprised by this, but it’s very achievable. In the weeks leading up to investiture our SPL meets the aspiring new members and rehearses the ceremony with them, before investing them in front of the whole Unit. No Leaders needed.
