We hit 2548 metres. It was awesome or as Thomas described “it was like losing my sight virginity, no view will ever look this good again”. And to be fair he was right, it was the best view I’ve ever seen by a long way. This was referred to as the uber hike as it was very challenging and only a few could make it. However we cut the uber hike short so as to make it in time for the pool party. We headed on down to the village pool to cool off, perfect our jumps and dives and generally relax. After that we were expecting to have a BBQ however the pool ballsed it up and the leaders cooked us some tasty carbonara which we ate in camp by candlelight.
