The Event: What to Expect

Now in its tenth year, our fireworks event has come a long way since the first display! This year we have an amazing array of food and drink stalls, all run by Wild Wolf Explorers along with Explorers and Scouts from other groups. Plus there’ll be the chance to experience a proper Scout campfire with songs and marshmallow toasting. All stalls will be available during both the low-noise Display AND Feature Display slots, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere and witness youth-led Scouting at its finest. The fireworks will then provide a fitting end to an amazing event. For more details on the timings of the two different displays, see the event schedule.

Our stalls are mainly run by Wild Wolf Explorers, but this year we have a few other Units coming in to lend a hand.

The full details of what stalls will be running this year is still to be confirmed, the stalls listed below is what we had on last year, so should give a pretty good idea of what’s on this time around:

Hot Food (meat & veggie burgers, meat & veggie hot dogs, pulled pork baps, falafel rolls, halloumi burgers)
Hot Drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mulled apple juice)
Glow Sticks
Marshmallow toasting
Cakes & Bakes
Toffee Apples
Norwegian waffles
Bouncy Castle
Tuck Shop
Krispy Kreme doughnuts
